Sportsmind Pty Ltd (“the Company”)

Our Online Privacy Policy describes what information we collect via our ”Services” that include but are not limited to our online website and mobile application (“app”). At the Company, we understand that your privacy is important and we want you to feel as comfortable as possible using our Services. The Company takes this responsibility very seriously.

This document also describes how we protect the information we collect from you and what choices you have about how this information is used.

We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy carefully so that you understand both our commitment to you and your privacy, and how you can participate in that commitment. This Privacy Policy is drafted to comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

Should you have any questions about this policy or our privacy practices, please email info@sportsmind.com.au

What Personal Information we collect and how do we collect it

A) Directly from you

The Company will collect information that identifies you (“Personal Information”) when you voluntarily provide it to us through the use of any of our Services. For example, when you choose to register on the website or app, we may ask you to provide personal information, such as your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.

We may also collect information that will allow you to establish a username and password. In addition, we also collect information that you voluntarily provide to us through responses to questionnaires and self-assessments.

B) Unsolicited personal information

If we receive Personal Information that we did not take any active steps to collect, we will determine whether we would have been permitted to collect that information as part of providing our Services. We will destroy or de-identify unsolicited Personal Information that we would not collect as part of providing our Services if it is lawful to do so. If the information is of the type that we would collect to provide our Services it will be protected by this Privacy Policy.

C) Social media

What we do with your personal information

Generally, we will only use or disclose your personal information for the purpose that we collected it for. However, we may use or disclose your personal information for secondary purposes that relate to our functions and activities if we have your consent do so or without your consent if the APPs permit us to do so.
